About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, self-sufficient IT professional with high attention to detail to directly assist our IT Lead. In this role, you will take full ownership of the comprehensive maintenance, technical optimization, speed performance, and organic positioning (SEO) across our portfolio of websites built on WordPress and Shopify.

You won't just be fixing tickets; you will be the core technical pillar of our web operations, ensuring optimal loading speeds, strict backup schedules, precise server management, analytical tracking, and search engine visibility.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Proven Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement Technical and On-Page SEO strategies to improve Google rankings. Audit and refine performance metrics daily using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Microsoft Clarity.
- PageSpeed & WPO Optimization: Analyze and improve PageSpeed Insights scores and Core Web Vitals across company websites by optimizing scripts, images, caching, and server execution times.
- Web Maintenance (WordPress & Shopify): Manage, update, and fix UI issues, broken links, plugin conflicts, and custom layouts using PHP, JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, and Shopify Liquid.
- Server & cPanel Administration: Handle cPanel configurations, database management, site migrations, full website file downloads, and perform systematic backup and restoration procedures.
- Technical Process Documentation: Write and maintain clear, step-by-step documentation for all IT workflows, backup schedules, maintenance routines, and server architecture.
- Google Ecosystem & Paid Ads Support: Assist with Google Ads campaigns,



Google AdSense monetization setup (if applicable), Google Business Profile administration, and review moderation.
- Infrastructure & DNS Management: Manage DNS configurations on platforms like GoDaddy and Cloudflare to maintain platform uptime and domain security.
- Dev Support & Automation: Assist the Lead Developer with codebase updates, ERP integrations, and basic automation workflows using n8n and GoHighLevel.
- Help Desk & Internal Support: Act as the go-to technical support for internal team members regarding software access, Slack, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.

Job Requirements

1. Academic Background:

- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent proven experience).

2. Mandatory Technical Requirements (Must-Haves):

- Proven Web Positioning (SEO): Verifiable experience successfully ranking websites on Google search results (Technical SEO & On-Page SEO).
- Analytics & Diagnostics Tools: Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), PageSpeed Insights, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Digital Advertising Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with Google Ads and Google AdSense setups.
- Platform Mastery: Advanced administration and maintenance of WordPress and Shopify sites.
- Web Programming Languages: Intermediate/Advanced skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Shopify Liquid.
- Server & Backup Management: Solid experience with cPanel, MySQL databases, backup protocols, and full-site file downloads.




- DNS Management: Direct experience managing DNS records on GoDaddy and Cloudflare.
- Advanced English: Fluent written and spoken English for direct collaboration with North American stakeholders.

3. Desirable Requirements (Nice-to-Have):

- Experience with automation tools such as n8n and/or GoHighLevel.
- Knowledge of TypeScript, version control (Git), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Work Setup Requirements:

- Computer or laptop capable of handling web development and multitasking seamlessly.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Headset and microphone for virtual team meetings.
- Working webcam for team calls.
- Second monitor (desirable but not required).
