- Mentor four mid-level engineers; run weekly pairing + code-review sessions
- Own the shared design-system surface (tokens + primitives in packages/ui)
- Drive performance: every push, Lighthouse 95+ on every marketing route
- Sit in customer-support rotation 1 week per quarter
What we're looking for
- 8+ years frontend, with the last 3 in React / Type Script at a senior+ level
- Shipped a production Next.js app on App Router; understand RSC trade-offs
- Strong accessibility instincts; can explain how a screen reader walks your DOM
- Comfortable opinion on testing — you know when integration > unit and the inverse
- Have led a team before, even informally
