How You'll Make An Impact

- Drive and monitor the progress of the power electronics service sales strategy across assigned markets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market trends and client engagement.
- Develop contract strategies and project proposals aligned with customer needs and budgets.
- Review, negotiate,



and manage contract baselines to maximize financial and operational performance.
- Coordinate with technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure accurate commercial execution.
- Provide guidance on new business opportunities using strong legal and commercial knowledge.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in service sales, contract management, or commercial roles within the energy sector.
- Strong hunter profile, with demonstrated experience in business development, client acquisition, and prospecting activities.
- Advanced English proficiency is required; Spanish fluency is essential for regional operations.
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time across Latin America.
