At Coforge, we are looking for a Workforce & Resource Deployment Analyst (#22192) with the following profile.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end resource deployment processes, aligning workforce availability with project demands
- Maintain and update resource allocation and project assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee bench management, tracking available talent and proactively identifying placement opportunities
- Monitor demand pipelines, focusing on client needs both locally in Peru and internationally
- Collaborate with delivery, talent acquisition, and finance teams to ensure workforce visibility and alignment
- Ensure adherence to workforce management processes, standards, and governance frameworks
- Generate reports and dashboards on resource utilization, bench status, and demand coverage
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of workforce management best practices

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in workforce management,



resource planning, or similar roles within IT services or nearshoring environments
- Strong understanding of demand management and staffing dynamics in client-facing environments
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher), both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Experience working in multinational or cross-border IT services environments
- Familiarity with resource and project management concepts in SAP-driven environments
- Knowledge of workforce management tools beyond SAP (e.g., resource management platforms, BI tools)
- Experience supporting organizational change or process standardization initiatives
