Client Operations Officer, OTC Derivatives M/F

Job Summary: You will be responsible for processing day‑to‑day Over The Counter (OTC) derivative activities under Market Solutions. The position requires experience in operations and familiarity with OTC products.

Responsibilities

- Collect broker/client statements, integrate external trades, extract and verify prices, match trades, perform valuation and reconciliation, settle, investigate and resolve exceptions.
- Sign off on daily process requirements, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Manage and escape queries to the manager in a timely manner.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues impacting deliverables.
- Contribute to process efficiencies and business improvement projects.
- Update procedures in accordance with internal and client policies, ensuring strict adherence.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year operations experience in OTC Derivative Operations or similar fields (fresh graduates encouraged).




- Strong team player.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

- Fund accounting background.
- Proficiency in VBA, Python.
