Job Summary

CACEIS was set up in Cyberjaya, Malaysia in July 2023 with approximately 1,000 employees, following the acquisition of RBC investor Services’ European business and Malaysia centre of excellence. As a centre of excellence, the team in Malaysia provides asset services, custody and payments for clients in Europe (Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland and United Kingdom) with a general operating model that maximises efficiencies across time zones, supports 17/5 operational capability with a follow‑the‑sun model, and enhances scalability of our global operations through standardised processes.

Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Contract period: 12 months

What will you do?

- Lead the monthly client KPI reporting cycle, including data collection (structured and unstructured), data validation, report production and review.
- Use VBA macros, SQL, Microsoft Access database, KPI Datamart (Oracle) to generate monthly client KPI and MIS Client Reporting.
- Maintain EUC, Microsoft Access Database and SQL to update changes according to client requests.
- Work closely with Global Client Operations business lines, ensuring data and information received from business SME and applications are complete, accurate and delivered on time.
- Meet with global client managers to discuss new reporting requirements and change requests.
- Set up new Client KPI report in Olis Dish Dash.
- Gain a thorough understanding of metric production and ownership across all locations and work with stakeholders to centralise and standardise reporting indicators for global consistency and best practices.




- Work closely with other business teams on data collection, analysis and preparation of ad hoc requests for management insights.
- Collaborate with IT development and operational teams to automate data collection processes and management.
- Develop and review End Users Systems (EUC) in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assist in formalising operational procedures and documentation.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Statistics or a related field.

Experience: 6–10 years, with 6–8 years in financial services, including at least 3 years in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Business Analysis.

Skills:

- Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, curiosity and critical thinking when analysing large data sets.
- Strong SQL query skills.
- Experience navigating various software and online tools (e.g., Olis, Camtasia, Power BI).
- Data mining and reporting skills, with a willingness to explore new technologies to improve delivery.
- Outstanding business and financial acumen with strong coordination, communication and presentation abilities.

Technical skills:

- Advanced MS Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, VBA macro) and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate MS Access (create Forms, Update Queries, Tables).
