Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits M/F

Location: IOI City, Putrajaya, Malaysia

Position Summary: Design, develop and implement compensation and benefit solutions that support the strategy and programs of the IS Bank Malaysia. Provide expert advice to HR Business Partners and senior management on all aspects of Compensation and Benefit programs, policies and solutions.

What you will do

- Develop compensation and benefit strategies, policies and frameworks to support the business’s goals and objectives, including an international mobility policy for Malaysia.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive compensation and benefit solutions that support major business change initiatives such as growth, role realignment and M&A.;
- Integrate and align compensation and benefit programs and policies, providing advice to address discrepancies.
- Design and deliver clear, timely communication of compensation and benefit programs to managers and employees.
- Offer expert advice,



counsel and direction to HR Business Partners to support short‑ and long‑term strategic objectives.
- Develop frameworks for compensation and benefits related approvals and exceptions.

Qualifications

- Minimum 11 years of total experience; at least 6–10 years in IR/ER with expertise in financial services, banking or multinational environments.
- Strong experience handling disciplinary cases, investigations and domestic inquiries.
- 7–10 years of diverse rewards experience.
- Undergraduate degree (Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).
