The opportunity

The City of Mandurah Recreation Centres are looking for talentedand enthusiastic individuals to fill the positions of Sports Umpirefor the current sports seasons within the Recreation Centres.

You will be responsible for:

Pickleball

- Officiating Pickleball games and competitions run at theMandurah Aquatic Recreation Centre.
- Setting up of courts and programs and ensuring the sessionsrun smoothly
- Coaching new players and ensuring the rules arefollowed
- Pickleball is currently run Monday, Wednesday and Friday.Availability for these days is required in addition to Mondayevenings.
- Representing the City of Mandurah in a professionalcapacity during all competitions.

Netball

- Officiating games and competitions run at the MandurahAquatic Recreation Centre and Halls Head RecreationCentre.
- Current competition days are: Tuesday and Wednesdayevenings and Thursday mornings; Availability for all of thesedays is not required. Please specify availability in your coverletter.
- Game management and player interaction.
- Representing the City of Mandurah in a professionalcapacity during all competitions.
- Officiating Futsal games and competitions run at theMandurah Aquatic Recreation Centre.
- Futsal is currently run on a Wednesday evening.Availability for this day is required.
- Game management and player interaction.
- Representing the City of Mandurah in a professionalcapacity during all competitions.

To be successful in this role, you willneed:

- National Police Clearance (dated within 3 months)
- Current Badges (if any) for Accreditation Pay Levels.
