Operations Associate | West Los Angeles area $90K–$110K + Up to 20% Bonus

What You’ll Do

- Own the trade process from execution to settlement
- Manage reconciliations, margin calls, and cash movements
- Keep portfolio data accurate and timely
- Collaborate with trading, accounting, and risk teams
- Drive process improvements that make operations run like clockwork

What You Bring





- 1–4 years in asset/fund management or fund administration (no wealth management)
- Strong understanding of asset classes (especially fixed income)
- Excel expertise, precision, and a solutions-focused mindset
