We’re hiring a Creative Director to lead visual and narrative expression across everything we ship — ads, product, content, and brand. At AdComposer.ai, we don’t just talk performance — we make it look good, too. You’ll help us push the boundaries of AI-assisted creativity, merging storytelling, design, and data into high-converting experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own creative vision across all marketing, product, and brand touchpoints
- Lead a small but mighty creative team and collaborate closely with performance marketers
- Guide creative testing frameworks using AI tools like AdComposer.ai
- Review and approve ad variations, video assets, landing pages, and brand collateral
- Partner with product to ensure UI/UX reflects our brand DNA
- Balance brand consistency with performance-driven experimentation
- Stay on top of creative trends, formats, and motion design best practices

Requirements:

- 6+ years of creative leadership across marketing or digital agencies
- Deep understanding of design systems, storytelling, and conversion psychology
- Portfolio showcasing performance campaigns, video, and digital branding
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe CC, motion tools, and generative design platforms
- Strong collaborator — you can work with growth teams and still protect the brand

Nice to Have:

- Experience leading creative for a SaaS or AI-driven product
- Comfort working with LLMs and creative automation tools
