What will be your mission?

Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers, ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services across the organization while driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Key challenges of the role:

- Design and implement purchasing strategies aligned with the company's Market Plan and investment projects.
- Lead high-impact negotiations, securing the best commercial conditions in terms of cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Manage corporate procurement processes, as well as infrastructure, construction, and branch expansion projects.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives and product/service standardization programs.
- Manage performance indicators, contracts, and supplier matrices to ensure compliance with commercial agreements.
- Work collaboratively with local, regional, and global teams, promoting Procurement best practices across the organization.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering,



or related fields.

- 6 to 10 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within multinational companies.
- Solid experience in construction, infrastructure, and project development.
- Strong negotiation skills and strategic market analysis capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Power BI.
- Advanced English skills, with the ability to conduct meetings and negotiations in international environments.
- Availability to occasionally participate in meetings within the GMT+1 time zone (Sweden).
- Strong customer service orientation, teamwork, flexibility, effective communication, and results-driven mindset.
