We’re looking for an experienced and polished Luxury Retail Store Manager to lead our client's Aspen boutique, a premier destination for collectors and connoisseurs of fine pieces and luxury jewelry. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Aspen boutique, ensuring a flawless and elevated customer experience.
- Build and inspire a high-performing team focused on hitting sales goals, delivering white-glove service,



and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Maintain impeccable visual standards and merchandising in line with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with corporate on strategy, business development, and local marketing activations.
- Host exclusive events and private appointments to grow client loyalty and boutique visibility in the Aspen luxury market.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in fine jewelry, watches, or high-end fashion.
- Proven ability to lead and develop top-tier sales associates.
- Strong customer skills and a genuine passion for delivering personalized service.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with Aspen’s high-end clientele is a plus, but not required.
