Work Schedule: 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday / Sunday to Friday rotation)

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily operations and ensure proper coordination of dispatch activities
- Coordinate with drivers, logistics, and concerned teams for timely updates and movements
- Track and update operational status and reports accurately
- Ensure smooth flow of operations and resolve basic operational issues as needed
- Perform documentation and other administrative support tasks related to operations

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4-year college degree
- With at least 1 year of experience in logistics, dispatching, or related field
- Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office applications
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work on shifting schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
- Trustworthy, organized, and reliable
- Willing to learn and work effectively in a team environment
