In this work-from-home role, you will provide guidance, handle travel-related requests, and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.Key Responsibilities- Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms- Support travel reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests- Provide clear guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes- Monitor upcoming trips and proactively reach out to clients when needed- Address questions or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive client experienceIdeal Candidate- Strong communication skills,
