International Company, with fast growth in and world trajectory is loooking for it´s next HR Supervisor to Join and support the team in the Human Resources department

Main Functions:

- Plan, control and execute activities coordinated with team members to guarantee correct functioning of the HR department in the countries´ offices.
- Guarantee up to date relations with labor state institutions so the Company obtains solvency certificates for all projects and diminish labor risks.
- Design Strategies and Coordinate HR activities based on Organizational objectives and plan and make presentations of tendencies in the HR area.
- Design, control and execute the recruitment and selection, introduction and on boarding of all staff, assuring the coverage of vacant positions and the attraction of the talent that better fits the Organization according to availability of sourcing.
- Maintain constant and frequent communication with all staff in order to attend their requirements and solve different situations, involving legal department, if necessary.
- Guarantee, with Finance Dept., up to date payments to staff and State Institutions to avoid labor risk.




- Promote use of feedback techniques so leaders identify employees´ improvement areas and do follow up.
- Share the needed tools with country leaders in order to develop their leadership in their teams.
- Have activities done for the integration of all staff with the aim of generating labor satisfaction and talent retention.
- Calculate and Execute monthly payroll.

Professional Profile:

- Academic degree in related fields like Industrial Relations, Psychology, and HR Administration
- Experience of 3 or more years as HR in Transnational Companies related to Technology, Telecommunications or Engineering.

Required skills:

- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- 3 years of experience in similar position
- Modality of Work Presencial
- Good comunications Skills.
