A Serge team in South Asia is looking for teammates interested in discipleship and church planting alongside trekking to reach unreached people groups.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a trekking business in the mountains of South Asia
- Lead trekking tours in a rugged mountainous environment
- Disciple national believers

Requirements and Critical Qualities:

- A combined passion for trekking and ministering to unreached people groups
- Physical ability to trek and lead trekking expeditions
- Certificate or willingness to get certificate in mountaineering
- Ability to disciple and mentor cross-culturally

Support Raising:

The person in this role raises their full financial support for salary, ministry expenses, and benefits.

you are assigned a support coach who will guide you step-by-step through the entire support-raising process.
