Position Description

The Academic Department of Business Administration is currently recruiting one full-time professor.



The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate expertise in the field of Management.

Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate courses in Management.

- Conduct high-quality research and publish in academic journals.

- Participate in academic service and institutional activities.

Requirements

- A Ph.D. in Management from a university of recognized prestige.

- A demonstrated record of publications in academic journals, books, or book chapters with recognized publishers.

- University-level teaching experience with positive teaching evaluations.

- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

- The position involves in-person teaching in Lima, Peru.
