Senior Recruiter (US Market)

Remote | Full-Time

Morgan Pinnacle Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in US recruitment and staffing agency environments. We are looking for a recruiter who can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver immediate results.

Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients
- Conduct intake meetings and gather job requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Perform candidate screening and in-depth interviews
- Evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and communication abilities
- Present candidates to hiring managers
- Manage offers and negotiation processes
- Maintain ATS accuracy and documentation
- Create candidate summaries and recruiting reports in English

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years recruiting for the United States market
- Agency, Staffing, Executive Search, or Recruitment Consulting experience
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Experience working with ATS platforms
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated recruiting metrics and performance results

Preferred Qualifications

- IT Recruiting experience
- Legal Recruiting experience




- High-volume recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting professional services and executive-level talent
