About the Position

A growing life insurance company based in Florida is seeking a Bilingual Telemarketer (English/Spanish) to join its sales team.

We are looking for a highly motivated, persuasive, and results-driven professional who enjoys sales, thrives on earning commissions, and is passionate about creating new business opportunities. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified appointments for the sales team by reaching out to business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to a company-provided list of businesses.
- Reach business owners and key decision-makers.
- Introduce the company's services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Navigate gatekeepers and successfully connect with decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales representatives.
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting goals.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience throughout every interaction.

Qualifications

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, business development, or a similar sales role.
- Experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Previous experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




- Strong persuasive abilities with confidence on the phone.
- Highly proactive, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Persistent, resilient, and goal-oriented.
- Passion for sales and motivated by commission-based earnings.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Remote Work Requirements

- Reliable personal computer or laptop.
- High-speed, stable internet connection.
- Quiet, professional home office environment suitable for making calls.

Schedule

- Monday through Friday.
- 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Florida time).
- 1-hour lunch break.
