We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to join our team. Your primary mission will be to identify, qualify, and onboard new franchise partners who embody our brand values and are committed to long-term success. Your fluency in English will be crucial for engaging with the diverse entrepreneurial community in Australia and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

- Guide potential franchisees through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to discovery day, validation, and the signing of the Franchise Agreement;
- Conduct professional and persuasive presentations and negotiations in English to effectively connect with a wide range of candidates;
- Build strong,



trust-based relationships with prospective franchisees, acting as a brand ambassador and a knowledgeable resource;
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local Australian market, including competitive landscape and real estate opportunities;
- Manage the submission and review of candidate applications and disclosure documents.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven track record of success in franchise sales, B2B sales, or a similar consultative sales role, with a demonstrable ability to meet and exceed targets;
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent English is a MUST;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred;
