Responsabilidades

Informes de gestión de campañas de MDF: Elaborar y presentar reportes detallados sobre la gestión de campañas, utilizando herramientas como Excel, BI y macros, para asegurar una comunicación efectiva con los canales

Coordinar con atención al cliente el seguimiento de los pedidos, registro de reclamos, condiciones de venta, entregas de acuerdo al Backlog semanal y seguimiento a las muestras entregadas al canal

Elaboración y actualización de informes mensuales de sell in y sell Out, de los socios comerciales.

Apoyar en la correcta ejecución de los proyectos y el servicio post-venta, especialmente en trade show con los canales

Utilizar estrategias de segmentación para identificar el perfil idóneo de cliente y calificar leads según criterios establecidos por el equipo comercial.
