As a general leader in specialty logistics, we provide customized transportation and supply chain solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare industries, ensuring critical therapies reach patients safely, securely and on time.## **Position Summary**The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, leading operational teams, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring shipments are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with customer expectations and company standards.This role plays a key part in driving service excellence, continuous improvement and operational profitability while supporting the development of high-performing teams.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead and supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.* Oversee transportation, customs clearance and coordination with Airlines, agents and logistics partners.* Monitor shipments proactively, anticipating and resolving potential issues before they impact delivery.* Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards (ISO/GxP)
