IT Project Manager - REMOTE - 1 year + Extension - Part Time - CET Hours - English Needed
The idóneo candidate will have strong project governance experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A key aspect of the role will be supporting project approval processes, including the preparation of business cases, governance documentation, and executive-level presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the delivery of IT projects from initiation through to completion.
Prepare and present project updates, business cases, and governance materials for senior leadership and decision-making forums.
Facilitate steering committee meetings, driving discussions, decisions, and actions.
Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.
Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments and effectively manage challenging conversations where required.




Ensure project governance standards and reporting requirements are consistently met.
Drive alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Required Experience
Proven experience delivering IT projects within a corporate environment.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to manage difficult stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
Experience preparing and delivering presentations to executive audiences.
Strong track record of leading and facilitating steering committee meetings.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‐solving skills.
Experience working within structured project management and governance frameworks.
