Qualifications





Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience working with learners of varied ages and backgrounds.

Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills and the ability to design structured, engaging online lessons.

Candidates should possess Teaching English as a Foreign Language expertise and familiarity with best practices in ESL EFL instruction.

Relevant teaching certifications e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA are highly beneficial.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a learnercentered, inclusive teaching approach.

Comfort with remote teaching tools, stable internet connection, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
