Bike mechanic starting spring 2026 (m/f/d)

We are looking for passionate and motivated bike mechanics for our bike workshop in Saalbach and Hinterglemm from spring 2026. If you have a preference for precise work and technical challenges on high-quality bikes and e‑bikes, then apply to us now!

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the careful repair of all types of bikes and e‑bikes, assembly and ready‑to‑ride final assembly of new bikes
- Computer analysis, evaluation and status report of the E‑MTB battery pack
- Execution of all service workshop packages on offer from simple to comprehensive
- Processing of open repair orders and independent planning of processes in the workshop
- Advice to customers of repairs or conversions

Requirements

- Sound knowledge and fun at work around the topic MTB
- manual dexterity and good technical understanding advantageous
- Work on weekends and holidays are common in the summer season and are a matter of course for you
- German and English language skills
- Class B driving license
- Teamwork, loyalty and reliability are important to you and you also live within the team
- Confident, open and outgoing appearance
- Careful, structured and independent work
- Hands‑on mentality and spirit of innovation
