We are looking for passionate Head Chefs (Casual Opportunities)to join our Hospitality team, preparing high-quality meals at ourResidential Services in Ashburton.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Prepare and serve high-quality,



nutritious meals you wouldbe proud to put in front of your own family.
- Draw on your experience across multiple cuisines to bringvariety and creativity to every menu.
- Lead a team of kitchen staff including recruitment,rostering, supervision, teaching and delegation.
- Uphold exceptional food safety, hygiene and compliancestandards.
- Reduce food waste and champion sustainable kitchenpractices.
- Perform confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchenenvironment.
- Bring genuine hospitality values and a willingness to growwithin the Aged Care sector.

Hours of Work

- Casual opportunity.
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional cover for staff leave and special functionsrequired.

Locations

- Ashburton
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working Rights in Australia
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience
- Experience in Aged Care preferred (not essential)
