About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineering Technical Specialist to join Kyndryl’s Graduate Program and work on cutting‑edge products for flagship clients. The role involves intensive learning, rotation and shadowing during a 2‑year program followed by a path into a delivery role.

Responsibilities

- Develop solutions in domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking and more.
- Take a leadership role by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and exercising team leadership skills.
- Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to customers and internal teams.
- Identify, frame and solve customers’ business and technical challenges, collecting and integrating information for timely decisions.
- Design, develop, integrate, deliver, and evolve highly scalable, distributed software that fits into broader architecture.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, product managers and partner teams to produce high‑quality features through the Agile lifecycle.
- Estimate and groom features/user stories, identify technical risks and dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Maintain and eliminate technical debt,



vulnerabilities and keep third‑party components up to date.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers in designing and building secure, highly available distributed systems.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in at least one of: Application Development, Data Platform, Security, Application Integration, Data Engineering, Server Systems, Packaged Application Implementation, Business Analysis, Network Systems, Storage Systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
- Certified Technical Specialist (Master) preferred.
