The role

You will be part of the due diligence processes for both domestic and international companies. You will support document management and administrative activities, assessing company risk profiles, financial statements, and other relevant information. You will ensure that all documentation is accurate, consistent, up to date, and delivered within established timelines. After the review you will have to write both a Standardized Results Report for the Tested Party and a Standardized Risk Assessment for the customer requiring the due diligence.

¿What will you do?

- Review and validate documentation submitted by the client's national and international B2B stakeholders in accordance with established requirements.




- Review risk ratings to assess the risk level of the counterparty being evaluated.
- Identify documentary inconsistencies or non-compliance and report findings.
- Prepare follow-up reports, indicators, and documentary status updates to support decision-making.
- Support commercial leadership with predictable, history-based forecasting and enforce CRM data governance.
- Support the handling of administrative compliance matters and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
- Verify that document dates align with established delivery/submission deadlines.
- Cross-check financial statements and supporting documentation against official financial portals to confirm authenticity and validity.

What we are looking for:

- 1+ year in Operations, Compliance or similar roles within B2B environments (internships included).
- Bachelor's degree in in Business Administration, Accounting, International Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering o related fields.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Soft skill required: Attention to details.
