Overview

To lead RedBull's Off-Premise business in the Dominican Republic, ensuring the brand is available in the right channels, with the right execution, at the right time and in the right place, in a profitable and sustainable way. The Commercial Manager owns the national commercial agenda across key accounts and distribution partners, translating RedBull's business targets into channel strategy, and leading a team of four (Key Account Manager and Distribution Partner Managers) who execute it in the market. This role is based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Relocation support is available for candidates across LATAM.

Responsibilities

- Lead RedBull's Off-Premise business in the Dominican Republic, ensuring brand availability in the right channels and execution at the right time and place, in a profitable and sustainable way.
- Own the national commercial agenda across key accounts and distribution partners, translating business targets into channel strategy, and leading a team of four (Key Account Manager and Distribution Partner Managers) who execute it in the market.
- Combine strategic ownership with commercial depth:



evaluate the value chain and route to market, create concepts to win in new channels, and build relationships with distributors and customers based on a win-win focus.
- Demonstrate analytical and financial rigour in profitability, pricing, and forecasting decisions, and influence, negotiate, and align partners and internal stakeholders.
- Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; relocation support is available for LATAM candidates.

Qualifications

- Experience leading a commercial organization or business unit in consumer goods or a related sector.
- Strong analytical, financial, and forecasting capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and align distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience leading a team (e.g., Key Account Manager and Distribution Partner Managers).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; relocation support available for LATAM candidates.
