What you bring

- End‑to‑end payroll processing in‑house or with a payroll service provider
- Knowledge of payroll best practices
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Suite
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
- Adaptability to a fast‑paced, international environment and a passion for impact
- Productivity‑oriented mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve and speed up work
- Comfort with largely asynchronous work
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Remote work experience is not required but is a plus

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a true subject‑matter expert for the country:
- Manage existing relationships with key stakeholders within Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering
- Process full end‑to‑end payroll in‑house, statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments and compliance
- Ensure full data integrity and quality

- Payroll journals and reconciliations
- Focus on KPIs and SLAs
- Implement and improve processes
- Mentor and support payroll specialists
- Back up regional managers during absences
