Our client, a reputable General Contractor, is seeking a Project Executive to join their team. The company focuses on ground up commercial construction projects in Greater Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

- Direct and oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting and quality control
- Develop new business and direct Pre-Construction activities
- Maintain relationships with Clients throughout the duration of construction projects
- Manage contract negotiations and monitor bottom line profit of construction projects
- Assess risks and come up with contingency plans as required
- Manage and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery of construction projects within schedule and budget

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager/ Project Executive for General Contractors overseeing construction projects from concept to close-out
- Minimum of 3 years of local experience working for General Contractors in Southern California
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
