Region: Americas (strong focus on Latin America & Central America)

Reports to: Regional HRBP

We are looking for a Regional HR Specialist to support our power equipment business across the Americas (focus on Latin America). This is a hybrid role: 50% on end-to-end recruitment, 50% on HR operations (performance, training, employee relations).

Our operations include local companies in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, and other countries, and this role offers adaptable work location.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across the Americas, supporting power equipment manufacturing, engineering, project, sales, and functional roles.
- Drive sourcing execution and channel management, including direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and specialized headhunters.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent maps, providing labor market insights and hiring intelligence.
- Manage employer branding and talent attraction activities on LinkedIn and regional platforms, including campus and technical institute recruitment.
- Support recruitment governance, processes, and compliance,



ensuring alignment with local labor laws and regional HR standards.
- Coordinate recruitment-related upstream and downstream HR activities, including offer processing, onboarding alignment, headcount tracking, HR operations handover, and cross-country HR collaboration.
- Support performance management, compensation benchmarking, training coordination, and employee relations.
- Handle employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, offboarding).
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws across the region.

Qualifications

- 3–6 years of HR experience, with a mix of recruitment and generalist work. Preferred: experience in headhunting agencies, multi-country hiring, or recruitment in power industries, including sales or technical roles.
- Experience in one or more LatAm markets (Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, etc.).
- Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment handling both recruitment and operational HR tasks.
