What You’ll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll be on the front line of delivering reliable, high-quality HVAC-R solutions. Your day-to-day will include:

- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC-R systems.
- Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Working directly with customers to ensure their systems run efficiently.
- Documenting work performed in line with company and industry standards.
- Partnering with a team of skilled technicians and managers to solve complex challenges.

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of commercial HVAC-R service experience (preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Universal EPA certification (required).
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Trade school or technical training strongly preferred.
- Able to run diagnosis on anything 25T and over.
- Speciality preferred such as chiller, VRV or VRF, refrigeration, etc...
