Newrest, a transnational company dedicated to Catering, is expanding in over 49 countries. Focused on gastronomy, we operate in Catering Aerial, Concessions, Retail, and remote site catering, maintenance, and hospitality. We are currently seeking a licensed Nutritionist with the following profile:

Profile

Requirements:

- Licensed and registered Nutritionist.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a nutritionist in food production, mass feeding services, or food concessions.
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in mining camp services.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Availability to work on a 14x7 schedule.

Responsibilities:





- Coordinate and follow up on nutritional talks, consultations, tips, themed menus, and events.
- Coordinate with the Camp Administrator to implement the nutritional program as per client requirements.
- Develop menus based on operational costs (updated price list).
- Train diners on healthy eating upon client request.
