Responsibilities

- Drive and support the execution of the Predict+ rollout plan, enabling parallel workstreams and ensuring timely delivery across multiple regions and projects.
- Manage and track commercial, administrative, and operational requirements.
- Review, validate, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data before integration into corporate systems.
- Standardize, document, and optimize processes, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency in Predict+ execution.
- Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and user support initiatives related to Predict+.

Requirements

- End-to-end analytical and operational support for the execution, rollout, and scaling of Predict+.
- Collaborate closely with Product Experts, Product Specialists, Digital teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, visibility,



and timely execution of deliverables.
- Develop, analyze, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs (Power BI and other tools).
- Facilitate performance monitoring across Predict+ deployments, tracking productivity, adoption, and operational KPIs.
- Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks in execution, proactively proposing solutions.
