As an Associate Attorney, you will:

- Draft and review contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Support due diligence efforts for corporate transactions and investment deals
- Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy development
- Represent clients in negotiations, depositions, and court proceedings
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 3–6 years of experience at an AmLaw 200 firm
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive mindset and commitment to professional growth
