Digital Designer, Sherman Oaks, Performance Creative

Comp: $80–85K | Temp-to-Perm or Full-Time

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Digital Designer who’s ready to bring bold ideas to life across our vibrant, fast-growing brands.

This role is all about digital — think scroll-stopping emails, swipe-worthy paid ads, animated banners, and homepage moments that wow. You’ll help shape the way our brand shows up online, creating visuals that are fun, polished, and full of personality.

What You’ll Do

- Design a variety of digital assets: emails, animated & static display banners, paid social (IG, TikTok, Facebook), and homepage promos
- Own the creative behind our email marketing — building fresh, mobile-friendly campaigns that actually get clicks
- Create performance-driven ads that make people stop, scroll, and shop
- Collaborate with our creative, marketing, and web teams to deliver clean, cohesive, and on-brand digital vibes
- Push the envelope with every project while keeping UX and performance top of mind

What You’ll Bring





- 5+ years of experience designing for digital — especially email, web, and social
- A portfolio that shows off your range: bold design, fun animations, and sharp attention to detail
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects — you know the drill)
- Bonus points if you can work some HTML5 animation magic
- A mobile-first mindset and strong understanding of what makes a great user experience
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to keep things moving fast and smooth
- Must be available to work onsite in Sherman Oaks 3x/week
