The Delivery Director is responsible for end-to-end delivery excellence across non biddable (Linear TV, Print, OOH, Radio, digital) media operations, ensuring high-quality execution, operational consistency, and strong client satisfaction. This role owns resource management, delivery governance, performance evaluation, escalation handling, and the identification of growth and optimization opportunities within the assigned scope.

The Delivery Director plays a critical leadership role in managing large, multi-hub teams, developing leaders, driving engagement and retention, and ensuring compliance with PGD processes, standards, SLAs, and commercial agreements. The position requires strong stakeholder management with agencies, platforms, and internal partners, as well as the ability to scale operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Main Tasks

- Guarantee delivery standards across all capability teams and operational hubs.
- Own overall account health, providing regular status updates and managing client expectations.
- Act as the primary escalation point for agency and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure effective management, coaching, and development of Associate Directors and Supervisors.
- Develop and execute action plans based on agency feedback, performance results, and audits.
- Oversee delivery for large-scale teams, managing up to 120 FTEs.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across platforms, markets, and time zones.
- Develop initiatives to improve operations

Key Functional Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute delivery strategies across non biddable (Linear TV, Print, OOH, Radio, digital) media operations.
- Oversee trading, buying, and commercial agreements in alignment with general, agency, and PGD standards, ensuring transparency and value.
- Lead negotiations for media pricing, value-added packages,



and premium inventory access with key platforms such as Google, Nielsen, Meta, Amazon, Yahoo, Prisma/Mbox, etc
- Maintain strong relationships with platforms, ad exchanges, and media vendors to support scalable and efficient operations.
- Own accurate spend projections, budget tracking, and pacing across all channels.
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and close collaboration with Finance to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide regular performance reviews, operational insights, and executive-level reporting to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Own and manage accurate spend projections across all media channels to support planning, performance evaluation, and budgetary control
- Guarantee SLAs through continuous audits, action plans, training initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Oversee team structures, SOWs, MPC compliance, and billability targets.
- Identify opportunities to expand scope, scale operations, and strengthen long‑term client partnerships.
- Partner with Offshore Program Directors to define profiles, staffing plans, and hiring needs.
- Coordinate upskilling initiatives and partner with L&D; to design and execute training plans aligned with business needs.
- Deliver clear and concise summary reports to leadership and cross-functional partners in marketing, finance, and procurement.
- Ensure flexibility in working across time zones to support global clients and onshore agencies.

Management Responsibilities





- Lead and manage senior stakeholders and delivery leaders to ensure effective execution and operational excellence.
- Be accountable for on‑time, high‑quality delivery across all teams and platforms.
- Drive adoption of internal tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and delivery consistency.
- Monitor delivery risks, quality issues, and operational bottlenecks, acting proactively to resolve them.
- Ensure teams own QA, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement practices.
- Serve as the main liaison between agency points of contact and internal teams.
- Promote a strong culture aligned with corporate values, engagement, and accountability.
- Identify, develop, and expose high‑potential talent across the organization.
- Provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluation, and coaching to leaders and teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and organizational standards.

Required Skills and Expertise

- Strong knowledge of non bibbable media operations and market and delivery best practices (Advanced).
- Proven ability to manage large teams while maintaining work‑life balance and engagement.
- Strong understanding of media strategy and its impact on operational execution.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and results‑driven mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Experience & Education

- Mastery of craft with working knowledge across multiple disciplines and accounts.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS, or equivalent).
- 9–11 years of relevant experience in media, digital operations, or delivery leadership roles.
