Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Development : Design and execute bold, guerrilla marketing campaigns tailored to the sports industry, leveraging unconventional tactics to capture audience attention and drive brand loyalty.
- Brand Strategy : Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, emphasizing creative, cost-effective, and impactful campaigns.
- Audience Engagement : Identify and target key sports demographics (athletes, fans, and communities) through innovative marketing initiatives, both online and offline.
- Event Activation : Plan and execute marketing stunts, pop-up events, and experiential campaigns at sports events, gyms, or public spaces to maximize brand visibility.
- Content Creation : Collaborate with content creators, designers, and influencers to produce compelling, sports-focused content for social media, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Partnerships : Build and manage relationships with sports organizations, influencers, and local communities to amplify campaign reach and impact.
- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions), analyze results, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Budget Management :





Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of guerrilla campaigns while maximizing ROI.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, PR) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign alignment.

Qualifications

- Experience :
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the sports industry or a related field.
- Proven expertise in guerrilla marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful, unconventional campaigns.
- Skills :
- Strong understanding of sports culture, trends, and audience behaviors.
- Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop attention-grabbing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM software).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
