What You'll Do

Guide strategic decisions that impact the organization's growth trajectory. Lead a team of UI/UX designers, developers, and account managers, providing mentorship and ensuring collaboration. Utilize analytical tools to derive insights and present detailed analysis to clients. Manage a diverse set of clients with significant monthly recurring revenue, driving rapid experimentation to optimize e-commerce strategies.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level. Experience with A/B testing and campaign leadership in a multi-channel environment. Ability to build rapport with executive-level contacts and a strong understanding of business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving and personal development.
