Our Florida-based real estate brokerage, specializing in new construction homes, is expanding. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant to enhance lead generation, manage CRM, and assist in client follow-up.



This role is crucial in developing a scalable sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and prospect new leads through cold calling and outbound outreach.
- Manage and maintain leads within GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
- Conduct lead nurturing through consistent follow-ups and customer touchpoints.
- Pre-qualify prospects using the client's qualification process.
- Schedule appointments for the Acquisitions/Sales Consultant.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team for closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.

Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Background in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, and CRM management.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Real estate experience is preferred, ideally with residential or new construction markets.
