Compensation:
USD 12/hour
Location:
Remote (for residents of Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela)

Job Details
- Job Title: Executive Assistant (Operations & Administrative Support).
- Work Hours/Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week), CST time zone.
- Location: Remote, Latin America (bilingual English/Spanish required).
Overview:
- This is a growing U.S.-based service company in the commercial facilities and janitorial space, working with both private commercial clients and government contracts.
- They operate in a hands-on, execution-driven environment where staying organized and holding people accountable directly keeps the business moving.
- This is not a company drowning in bureaucracy.
- It runs lean, moves fast, and needs someone who can own the operational and administrative backbone.
- You would be the right hand to leadership, sitting at the center of payroll, documentation, scheduling, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, calendar management, and general office coordination to support leadership needs.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Maintain organized financial records.
- Handle document preparation, organization, and English/Spanish translation, including government contract documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate unit assignments, logistics, internal workflows, and team communication to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Host and lead operational meetings, making sure project and operations managers stay on top of compliance and accountability.
- Support hiring and recruiting, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and scheduling.
- Track personnel retention across locations, staying on top of hiring, firing, staffing needs, and contract fulfillment.
Must-Have Requirements:
- College educated.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant administrative or operational experience.
- Experience with payroll systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Experience with estimating.
- Government contract experience.
- Recruiting or hiring experience.
