This fully remote role focuses exclusively on high-level policy interpretation and risk advisory, free from courtroom obligations or business development pressure. - Analyze commercial insurance policies, including general liability, EPLI, and E&O; lines
- Draft comprehensive coverage evaluations and strategic legal opinions
- Assess risk related to bad faith exposure and claims outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership and clients on high-stakes advisory matters
- Operate autonomously in a virtual, high-trust work environment Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active California Bar license
- Experience in insurance coverage, claims analysis, or related advisory roles
- Strong legal writing, policy interpretation, and analytical skills
- Background with high-value or complex claims preferred
