Litigation Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Assistant to join our growing legal team. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process. This role requires strong case management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation.

- Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation and strategy.

- Draft, organize, and maintain legal documents and case files.

- Manage case management systems and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

- Track litigation milestones, deadlines, and court requirements.

- Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and attorney meetings.

- Prepare and file documents with courts in compliance with local and federal rules.

- Coordinate communications with clients, witnesses, courts, opposing counsel, and experts.





- Assist in gathering, reviewing, organizing, and summarizing evidence and case-related documents.

- Maintain attorney calendars and provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Assistant, Litigation Paralegal, or in a similar legal support role.

- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology.

- Experience supporting attorneys in case preparation and document management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional English communication skills required.
