Role Description The Peru Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity to manage a virtual language school under the Lingua Learn brand. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local operations, coordinating online language courses, and managing relationships with individual and corporate clients in Peru. The partner will implement marketing initiatives, respond to inquiries,



and ensure high-quality delivery of Lingua Learn products and services.

Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with Lingua Learn’s central team for training and support, and adapting offerings to meet local market needs while following the group’s standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for engaging clients, promoting services, and maintaining professional correspondence.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate market opportunities, track performance, and identify growth strategies.

Candidates should possess Training skills to support and coordinate language instructors and ensure consistent quality of teaching.

Experience in education, language services, or franchise management is beneficial.

Entrepreneurial mindset, business development skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Spanish and English is an advantage, along with familiarity with the Peruvian market and digital tools for online learning and communication.
