Role Description The Proyectos en Tratamiento de Aguas role is a full-time position based in Lima, Peru, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some tasks to be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring water treatment projects, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring that equipment, materials, and services are sourced and delivered efficiently. The role involves working closely with suppliers and contractors to expedite orders, overseeing inspection activities to verify quality and compliance, and supporting logistics management to optimize transportation and storage.
The team member will prepare project documentation, progress reports, and technical summaries, while collaborating with engineering, operations,
and client stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project performance. This position requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications
Experience as an Expeditor, with strong Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple project activities.
Inspection skills for reviewing equipment, materials, and work quality, ensuring compliance with technical and safety requirements.
Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordination of transport, warehousing, and inventory for project-related items.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to interpret technical documents, project specifications, and contracts relevant to water treatment projects.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
Effective communication skills in Spanish; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
Comfort with hybrid work, including use of digital tools for remote collaboration and project tracking.
Experience in water treatment, industrial projects, or environmental services is a plus.
