About the Job

Gea, a multinational company, is looking for a full‑time associate for the CAMPAÑA CONTENCION CHILE. The position offers a market‑ranked salary with first‑month bonuses.

Responsibilities

- Provide customer attention, loyalty and resolution for client requests, including call‑center inbound calls. Achieve customer retention with the services offered to the Chilean market.

Schedule

- Shift: Afternoon 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (rotativo) 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Training

- 7 days of paid training. Sessions are held Monday–Saturday 12:0p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (30 hrs/day). Availability to attend training is required.

Requirements

- High school diploma (indispensable).
- Experience in sales or formal/informal retention (3 months).
- Clear communication,



positivity and strong commitment.
- Work in the Ate headquarters.
- Minimum age 18 years.

- Base salary: S/ 1,200
