We’re looking for a Team Lead VIP LATAM to join an international company and lead a high-performing VIP team.

? Requirements:

✅ Fluent Spanish (C1/C2) is mandatory.

✅ Experience in the iGaming industry.

✅ Previous experience leading or mentoring a team.

✅ Strong KPI and performance management skills.

✅ Experience in VIP, Retention, Customer Support, or Sales.

✅ Analytical mindset with CRM experience.

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

? What you’ll do:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of VIP Managers.
- Monitor KPIs, team performance, and quality standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.




- Manage CRM activities, VIP campaigns, bonuses, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding VIP customer experience.
