We are looking for an experienced Lead WordPress Developer to lead the development and maintenance of high-quality WordPress and WooCommerce websites while providing technical leadership to the development team. Key Responsibilities

Lead WordPress and WooCommerce development projects from planning to deployment.

Review code quality and enforce development best practices and standards.

Manage hosting environments, website migrations, DNS, Cloudflare, and server-related tasks.

Assist with project planning, technical documentation, requirements gathering, and solution design.

Estimate project timelines, technical scope, and development effort.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative, solution-oriented team culture.

Proactively identify technical risks,



troubleshoot issues, and recommend practical solutions before they impact projects.

Required Skills Fluent English Speaker

5+ years of experience with WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.

Strong experience with WooCommerce development and customization.

Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.

Experience managing hosting platforms, DNS, Cloudflare, SSL, and website migrations.

Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD workflows, and modern development practices.

Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and performing code reviews.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project estimation skills.
