Job Description
We are looking for a talented, passionate and creative person that can work on general admin tasks, customer service and social media managment and content creation to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Attend customers as needed
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover,



profile pictures and blog layout)
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirements and Good to have Social Media Manager skills:

- Work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands on experience in content creation
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Multitasking skills
- Good time-management skills
